Pattern-making Department

The pattern-making department is equipped with 12 CAD Gerber Technology and Lectra System stations. The services on offer range from the determination of the paper pattern of the proto sample to extrapolating the chart for grading and for problems related to nesting.
Furthermore, bills of materials and the measurement data sheet are filled in. These are generated by a piece of software created in-company, which interfaces with the most modern management software programmes using the most common file formats (XSLX, XML, PDF, DXF, TXT etc...).
A study of tracing pattern handling in this department using a RFID system is currently underway.

Cutting Department

The working philosophy behind this strategic department is the interconnection of data with every department and in every way possible. Specifically, the data process has been completely integrated with the CAD pattern-making department, using placed prints and the generation of cutting files, which are read and processed by these automatic machines: 1 GTXL, 1 Paragon LX, 1 single sheet Z1. All department operators are equipped with tablets with specific operation management software so that all workflows can be updated in real time.
Lastly, stock is constantly updated in real time to the workflow, by cross-checking data from the company platform that connects all departments.

Production Department

In 2018 we started to revolutionise and digitalise the production departments by implementing the smart factory concept to which the 4.0 norm responds. The system of moving semi finished products around the production departments has been completely redesigned; specific software ensures direct integration between the company software management system with the job orders to be executed and the production planning office with the sequence of processing cycles. In this way each workstation is managed automatically, enabling all production data to be updated in real time. This leads to a more organised and primed management.
